Creating Custom Special Effects

  1. Choose the Image Overlay Tab to select a modifiable special effect template on the Template Tab.

  1. Click the Modify tab to modify the selected special effect.

  1. Import a image you want to replace by clicking Import button. Image importing function supports animation gif and multiple file and the maximum is 36. Image importing function also allows you to import images with alpha channel (PNG, 32bit bmp and tga).

  1. Press Thumbnail to assign an image as the thumbnail of special effect. If you do not assign a thumbnail, CrazyTalk will assign the first image to be the thumbnail.

  2. Press Mask Editing to edit the mask. If the imported image includes an alpha channel as the mask data, you can skip this step.



The mask editing is similar to the Background Mask Editing in creating Image (See Background Mask Editing for detail)

  1. Click the Preview button to play the result.

  2. Press OK to apply or click Add to add the special effect to your Custom field.

Managing a Special Effect

  1. Click the Custom tab to go to the custom special effect.

  1. Select a special effect and click Delete to delete the selected special effect.

  2. Select a special effect and click Export - you can export the special effect file (*.pak) for sharing or backup.

  3. Press Import and import the special effect data to your CrazyTalk.
